Anyone using religious vaccine exemption in TN?

I am new to TN and will be registering my kids with the public school system.  In my previous state, we had a religious exemption, however I am concerned about the language in the TN form.  I would love to chat with anyone who has filed this exemption here.  Please PM me, thanks :)
