How did you pick your username?

Tell us a little about where you live. (Be as vague or as specific as you like.) What do you like about it? What brought and/or kept you there?

If you had to choose, would you rather have a two week camping vacation or a weekend in a luxury hotel?

How did you pick your username?

My name's Liv, I have a lot of critters.  Who I relate much better to than most people.  

Tell us a little about where you live. (Be as vague or as specific as you like.) What do you like about it? What brought and/or kept you there?

We moved from a very urban/inner city neighborhood to a more suburban-but-still-in-the-city-neighborhood last month.  Both are awesome with public transit.  Both had great cafes and such.  I like that it is quieter here, there are actually trees and I feel comfortable wandering more at night.  I moved here from North Carolina for grad school and have stayed because I'm with a non-profit that I really like.  

If you had to choose, would you rather have a two week camping vacation or a weekend in a luxury hotel?

Normally, camping.  Right now, luxury hotel.  My favorite thing is camping with my dog, but I'm just not feeling the whole sleeping on the ground thing right now.

I have an eighteen month old lab/setter mix and currently, three cats.  I am in the quest of finding us a new fit, but will take a while to find someone to fill our late cat's shoes.

lavender or chocolate creme brulee.  Or baked apples.

I like to travel, but I hate to fly.  Roadtrips are my thing.

I really want to go to India.  At some point, I would love to drive across country.
