UTI or something else?

My 2yo son has been peeing a lot lately, accidentally peeing his pants, holding himself and now tonight is saying his penis hurts and the tip of his foreskin is red. If you look back over my posts, a year ago we had a very traumatic experience with a dr. retracting him so Im very iffy taking him in to be looked at until I can find a better dr since we dont do wbv. Do you think it could possibly be a uti? And if so what narural ways are there to try to clear it up at home? Cranberry juice? Cranberry pills?

Generally UTI dosnt involve the foreskin being irritated in any way. Usually the complaint is constantly needing to urinate and pain during/right after urination in the lower stomach.

The tip being red and him complaining of pain could however be a sign of irritation from soap or a slight yeast or bacterial infection or even possibly separation going on. You can try putting a soothing barrier cream on the tip and see if that helps.
