help! feeling freaked out over my 15 month olds front teeth!

so, a few weeks ago i noticed that my baby's front tooth looked like it had chipped but only the outer enamel.  both the ped and dentist both said there's nothing to do for it (which i was relieved about... i was worried we'd have to have it fixed with sedation).  today, i noticed his other front tooth has a similar (but smaller) area that has chipped away- again, just the outer layer. 

i have so many thoughts swirling through my head... he was on mega antibiotics as an infant for pyelonephritis, and then also on amoxicillin (first) and bactrim (second) prophylaxis for months.  these were really tough choices for us, as we avoid antibiotics as much as possible and our two older children have been extremely healthy.  could the antibiotics (esp amox.) have done damage to his developing tooth enamel??  is there anything i can do to help his teeth heal or stop further chipping?  i've been reading the threads about healing decay, but i'm not sure if i should follow the same steps?  has anyone experienced this before?

i went through the same trauma with my little son.
