ozzing sore behind neck

my pit had a  small round sore on neck.. now it has gotten larger and ozzing what should i do... funds are limited

sounds like an abcess maybe? I know funds are limited but chances are if it is oozing it may be infected and antibiotics are in order.

I always care for abcesses by squeezing as much puss out as I can and washing it with mild soap and warm water several times a day.
