thank you all so much for your congratulations! we are over the moon! i'm just praying for this one to stick!

 

CA Country Girl, I feel your pain SO MUCH more than you could imagine. We tried 6 months before our first pregnnacy then that one ended in early miscarriage due to blighted ovum and, ironically, July is the month we tested positive last year....so we have come full circle. I know it is IMPOSSIBLE to be patient but I'm praying that you'll have a happy ending! I hate the month after month disappointment. I read a lot of threads on MDC and took some others' advice....make a "pamper" list for yourself (especially of things you can't do during the 2WW) and each month you get a negative, cross something off your papmer list. DH will (should) support this! Here are some things I've done in the past year thanks to this list...

 

Have a big glass of wine

Get a massage

Get a pedicure

Go Skiing for the weekend

Go out for Sushi

Take a HOT bath!

Get reflexology (foot rub)

Go to an amusement park and ride all the rides!

Take a long bike ride w/ DH

Take a hot yoga class

 

Just an idea...it was fun to cross these things off the list and it made the disappointment of yet another negative a little more bearable.

I love the pamper list!  thumb.gif  Thanks.  I would like to add Lattes to that as I have switched to green tea, from the strong coffee I loved, but I am not sure that caffeine is not cumulative.  What do you think? shrug.gif

BTW how do you do the signature line at the bottom of all your posts?
