FCLO / BO blend dosage for me and toddler?

Can someone please tell me what the dosage would be for the Blue Ice blend of FCLO and Butter oil?  I have been taking a rounded teaspoon myself.  I'm still nursing.  I want to give some to my 16 month old dd too but I can't seem to find any dosing for the blended product.  TIA!!

WAPF recommends 2000 - 4000 IU of vit D for nursing moms, so I would call Green Pastures to see how much one spoon of the blended product contains.
