EMAB or Motherlove perineal healing spray?

I am wanting to get one of these, just not sure which is better, so any thoughts would be appreciated!  Or if you recommend a diff product I'd like to know about it too:)

The motherlove one has alcohol in it.. which I think would sting. So I would go with the other one. Or just make your own.. that's what I do. It's mostly just witch hazel and essential oils. A friend of mine swears by equal parts coconut oil and peppermint oil too. I did that but it was only really comfortable after my tears sealed up.

I emailed Motherlove and asked about the alcohol because it concerned me too.  They said it is 5% alcohol and is there as a preservative, and this is the least amount that they could put in it without it causing stinging.

Has anyone tried both of these by chance?
