Nighttime Weaning in 13-mo old

My LO is almost 13 months and I would like to find some information on night weaning. I DO NOT want to wean her off the breast generally. She has been EBF and no bottles. She is eating solids fine. I stay at home, so she is able to nurse through the day. We do not co-sleep. She goes down at around 7:30 and is up around 6-6:30 usually. She wakes at least 2 or often 3 times in the night. The last few nights I have tried waking her around 10:30 to eat before I crash, hoping she'll sleep for 6-7 hours, but she still wakes at 3:00 (at least) and sometimes is too tired at 10:30 (not having woken naturally) to eat well so she then wakes at 12, 3, 5 anyway. I feel that she should be able to go 6-7 hours.

My older DD nursed through the night waking about 5 times until almost age 2, so I am not in any kind of la-la land as far as sleep expectations being too high, and it was never my intention to cut her off like this. However, my oldest is a pre-teen now and is going through a lot of stuff and requires energy and compassion from me that I am too tired to give properly. I'm not able to parent her as intensively as I need to because I am not getting enough sleep. At this point, I feel that the baby is capable of getting through the night but my other child needs my well-rested energy during the day.

Any help or resources would be greatly appreciated. TIA!

For the record I haven't NW but DD NW herself for the most part at 18 m/o but this has been highly recommended on MDC.

Good luck!
