That is horrifying.  Truly.  If you read the comments, they're equally horrifying.  But, what I find extremely horrifying is this proposed congressional act that would prohibit states from banning male circumcision because it "carries significant medical benefits."  http://www.govtrack.us/congress/billtext.xpd?bill=h112-2400
