due to increasing food intolerances (i assume leaky gut and low thymus (i keep forgetting to check into supplementing)) and problems when i have too many carbs, i've been moving more and more toward RVAF (raw veggie and animal foods). i'm feeling kind of blind doing it. i get the paleo aspect as we've been mostly paleo for a few years but am having issues with what to eat, how to change, ESPECIALLY how to get dd to eat more meat (even if cooked) because she eats too much fruit, and having to basically make food for me, food for dd and then food for my mom. i feel like i almost never leave the kitchen! any pointers would be great!
