Looking for pediatrician educated about gluten-intolerance - Chicago

We love our family practice doc, but he doesn't know much about gluten intolerance.  My daughter was tested by Enterolab at 3.5 years old, showing a gluten intolerance.  She's been off of gluten for over three years now.

Suddenly, my 3.5 year old son is developing symptoms that could or could not be gluten intolerance.  I'm hoping to find a doc who knows about this stuff so I'm not doing all the educating at our appts (and half the time he probably thinks I'm a loon). 

Any suggestions? We're on the north side, up in Albany Park.  I would travel for this, though.

We saw Brian Morse (foster/pulaski) when my 7 yr old was 2. He didn't blink an eye at my laundry list of her food sensitivities, and really understood her MSPI. I think he would be equally open to working with any other food issues. He's totally cool with all other things crunchy, he takes a LONG time for each appointment (good when it's your turn, awful when you are waiting), and we liked him a lot. We moved out to suburbia though, so I don't have a ton of experience with him beyond that.
