I had the infamous treasure trail, darkened line down the middle of my belly with my other two kids and it had started showing at around 20 weeks gestation. This time, there is no line. Anyone else?

First time Mom :) and I don't have the treasure trail line yet :) and I will be 28 weeks tomorrow :)

With my 1st child, my mom had told me that it would stay there and that was one tell tale sign of having had a child. I was horrified that I'd not only have stretch marks but a permanent dark line. lol It only lingered for 6 months post partum, but I really believed it would stay and then when I didn't see it anymore, I went to my mom with my shirt up and called her a dirty liar. lol

You know, I had it with the last two, and nothing this time! It didn't even occur to me until I saw this post that it wasn't there this time. Weird.

First pregnancy... And I notice it a little more every day. It excites me. =) Just like the fact that my belly button is about to go "POP". =D Still no stretch marks. 28 weeks.

I never really got it with my first. Well, sort of, but really, really light and I was really the only one that could see it. Still no sign of it with this one either.

Nicole, there's still time for stretch marks. I thought I was in the clear when I'd almost reached my due date with no stretch marks. I found them when I was 38 weeks.

Oh, I'm well aware. I'm just savoring every moment I can. LOL I'm fully expecting to explode at any moment and have them pop up everywhere. *Shrugs* It's part of being pregnant. The little guy that comes at the end will be worth it, I'm sure. =D

They are worth it, but it can be traumatic to some mothers.

It's true.. I didn't get stretch marks until 7mo+ with #1.  Luckily I didn't get any new ones with #2, I hoping for the same thing time around! 

I've never had the linea line in any pregnancy though.  I think it must be a genetic thing?

Oh man! I thought I was in the clear with stretch marks with my first. lol Then I started getting them at 35-36 weeks. With my 2nd, they came sooner. Around 30 weeks. And this time, I'm really thinking, since I'm watching my weight, etc and not as big as with number 2, that they'll flare at around 33 weeks.

With #1, I thought I was in the clear. After she was born, they showed up below my belly button. DH informed they'd been there for weeks, I just couldn't see them! I don't remember when they showed up last time, but with this one, I've had some nice new ones for a few weeks now, despite not gaining as much weight so far. Oh well.

It was there with my first child...nothing this time and I am 26 weeks.  I think it showed up around 18 weeks last time I was pregnant.

I don't remember when it showed the first time, but it was so dark people asked if it was a tattoo.  

I had hardly any line with #2.

This time I can barely see it.  My 6 year old can see it fine, tho.

I've been watching for the line for months.

I had 1 stretch mark with #1.  Several small ones all on the left with #2 and I'm already starting to get them on the right side now.
