Retracted as newborn - adhesions at 2.5. Should I be concerned?

DS was retracted as a newborn in the hospital.  I was told to retract and clean every day until it healed.  I did just that for the first month, but then learned it wasn't necessary so I quit.  From what I've read, once retracted the natural skin that attaches the foreskin to the glans is forever gone and whatever is causing adhesions is likely scar tissue.  At 2.5 years, DS is able to retract almost fully, but there are some adhesions/skin bridges between the foreskin and the top edge of the corona.  Will this seperate on it's own?  Should I be retracting to try and reduce these adhesions?  Keep in mind, I don't think this is the normal attachment of the foreskin that unretracted toddlers have.  Anyone have experience with this?

Even if it is adhesions caused from the retraction there is nothing you need to do about it. Messing with it will just make it worse. Since he is so young yet there is plenty of time for his body to release them yet. When he is in his teens if they are still there then is the time that he can work on getting them to release with stretching and steroid cream.

My ds is almost 7 and he still has spots that are attached and he was never forcibly retracted.
