why to my post delete??

Often when I write a post I push or do something that sends me back to the forum page and deletes all that I have written. Do you know WHAT I do? It is when I am fidling with the keys, like punctuation? moving text? I don't know!

It sounds like your keyboard has a shortcut key for the Back feature that takes you back one page and you are hitting that by mistake. Other than that, I have no idea. redface.gif
