^ Yes!  Point it down when you're closing the diaper.  Otherwise pee just comes up and out the top of the dipe and soaks the outfit and whatever surface baby has been on (like you, the bed, the couch, the floor...)  Once we did this our diapers completely stopped leaking!  Hahaha!

Lisa - I'm laughing b/c I still am in the habit of wiping baby front to back and practically every time DH wipes Finn he goes back to front and it makes me cringe, lol!  It doesn't matter and it still bugs me!

I am learning that boys do seem to get pee on more things more often than girls do.  Jonas's penis seems to mostly just stay down so I don't really need to do much active tucking, but I do check its position every time I put the diaper on.  Also, related to pee, Jonas gets this goofy little smile every time he pees --which is all the time!  It is super cute.

These are all so cute! Lilah is my first, so I'm basically learning new things everyday.

She's taught me how much I can love another person. It's truly amazing.

I've learned how big of a mess I can make with my own boobs. lol. They leak everywhere!

I've definitely gained patience. If she wasn't mine I don't think I'd be so content with being woke up at 4:00 am.

Babies make a lot of laundry!
