That was my secret thought!  LOL.  twins.gif

Crossing my fingers that I'll be joining you in the May DDC (and that they'll open up that forum soon)!  Yay!

Oh I hope you do too! You still have time. My EDD is May 6th.

Now I'm really wondering about the twins thing... uh oh! Have you see any info on this in the forums?

If we caught the egg this cycle, my EDD would be May 10th. :)

It's more likely that you just had earlier implantation than twins, but hCG *can* be higher in twin pregnancies than with singletons.  Guess you'll find out when you hear the heartbeat(s).  2twins.gif LOL.  Did you have your other two kids at home as well?  I'd love to be able to do that!

Oh, also, http://betabase.info/showBasicChart.php?type=Twin is an interesting site for beta levels in single, twin, and triplet+ pregnancies.  Of course, every woman and pregnancy is different, but I'm totally a comparer of numbers! *nerd*  Do you know what the sensitivity of your digi was?

I'm almost positive my implantation was 7 DPO ( I had a big temp dip). I don't know if that is early though... is it? I have read that getting early positives really doesn't mean much though, so I guess we will just wait and see.

I hope you get your + soon... are you charting?

Yeah, your dip definitely looks like implantation, and 7 DPO isn't really early, but it usually takes a few days for hCG to build up after implantation.  Of course, sometimes your body just starts pumping out hCG right away!  So excited for you!!

My chart is in my signature.  :)  I have a good feeling about this month, but I don't want to get my hopes *too* high.

Ah ha... I saw it after I asked- doh!

Looks good to me! It looks like you had an implantation dip on your 2007 chart. Maybe you will have one this time? Have you been having any early symptoms this time around?

Yay for the digi BFP!!!!!  Awesome!  Congrats!!!  joy.gif

As for twins, unless they run in your family, it's unlikely.  I always produce crazy high hCG levels and never have had twins.  It just depends on the embryo and your body.   7 DPO is on the early end of implantation (84% of embryos implant between 8 and 10 DPO) and totally reasonable that you would get an HPT+ earlier as well.  EPT digi's have been reported to have a sensitivity of 25-50, but if you were testing positive yesterday at a level of 25 it is completely feasible that your levels are over 50 today.

I got suuuuuuuper faint positives (on the same internet cheapies) at 6/7 dpo this time.  Unless a second is hiding really well, there is only one, I just started creating hcg early. :)

WOOHOO!!!!  So excited for you!!!! jumpers.gif

Congrats, swelldoula!!!  I knew that dip was looking too good to just be a fluke!  Have a happy and healthy 9 months!!!  smile.gif
