Vaccine medical exemption help needed for Anchorage Alaska. Help please.

My kids who are going to be 3 and 5 are going to be going to a Lutheran preschool. We aren't religious but I liked the school and it was affordable. Last year my dd was going to a secular preschool and we got a religious exemption. I don't feel comfortable getting a religious exemption for this school so I am hoping to get a medical one. I called advante the only place I can think of  to get one from and they do them but it is $150 per kid and they don't accept insurance. Yikes! Having 2 kids in preschool is a big stretch for us. My kids are on a delayed schedule but now that they are older I'm getting them more vaccines and I hope to have my dd caught up by kindergarten but there is no way they will be caught up in time. We do have autoimmune disorders in the family so I like to go slow and wait till they are older for certain ones.

I friend of mine had a similar dilemma with getting her son the Pre-School Physical so she went to Urgent care.

They don't even need a physical and I can get that it is the medical exemption I don't know what to do about or where to get it.

I end up doing the religious exemption again and I did use the form in that booklet. I was worried about the reaction to a religious exemption since it was a church preschool but they took it. It was too much money to do the medical
