So, I'm currently BFing DS#2. He's 9 months old. I exclusively BFed until he was 6 months old, and now he eats 3 meals a day and BFs like 5 times. But, recently, I feel like my milk is drying up! I'm losing weight, my boobs are smaller, I don't seem to be letting down very easily. I don't know what's going on, Could it be that my boobs are just...done?
I BFed DS #1 until he was 11 months old. I was pregnant with DS#2, and my milk dried up from severe morning sickness.
This time, though, I don't know what's going on! I eat plenty. I'm pretty healthy. Definitely NOT pregnant. It's pretty random. The only real change is that my "cycle" seems to be 100% back to normal, though I've been having periods for months now, they haven't been regular or predictable.
Anybody else have this happen? Seriously, he ate 3 hours ago, barely got any out, and they still feel empty. My husband even noticed that they were looking smaller. :/
