I'm 2 weeks +1 post partum and I reallly wanna exercise! I feel like I'm pretty lucky because I only gained about 30 pounds and I've already lost 20. I want to loose at least 15 more, because I was getting a little chubby pre pregnancy. I've felt great the last couple days and I thought my bleeding had stopped so I was planning on starting with a light exercise/dance video tonight, but I walked to the park about 3 blocks away & back and I started bleeding again. :/ It wasn't too much, but I should probably take it easy. I'm already pretty anemic from losing a lot of blood after birth.
ETA- I got the motherhood maternity pp wrap & I really think it's doing something. I could barely get it around me the first day and now it's as tight as it goes!
