vacuum the living room (that has a zebra rug so lots of lint/crumbs show) or wipe down your dhs stinky bathroom (which is the second place he goes, after walking through the crumbly living room)?

i need to prioritize one of these, cuz obviously i cant do both :)

Buy a can of sanitizing wipes and set on toilet for HIM to wipe down (Or you could do that for him one section per day throughout the week). Then have more time to econo-vac the livingroom.

honestly, vacuum, unless we're talking about a disgusting toilet. I can't handle yucky toilets, but dirty bathroom counters, even baths are something I tolerate. Crumbs and dirt on the floor in the part of the house that I'm in most often drive me crazy!

By the way you stated "his" bathroom, I would assume that whatever mess is in there is made by him so why shouldn't he help clean it up?

Shut the door to your DH's bathroom and do the rug. If your DH can't stand the bathroom until you get to it, he can do it himself.

i make my dh do many things, cleaning his bathroom just isnt one of them :)

and, i think i will stick with vacuuming first.
