I saw an article awhile back about the benefits babies receive from frequent night time nursing. It may have been specifically an anti sleep training article, can't remember exactly, but I'm mostly interested in the benefits of the night time fat and calories and from human milk. I think it was something along the lines of, during the day the nutrition is focused on things like physical activity, and at night while the body is at rest all that fat and goodness goes straight to the brain. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
