easy to install in 2 door car

We're looking for a convertible carseat that will have the easiest possible correct install in my mom's 2 door car.  I've read that Britax tend to have the easiest install (she has latch) but I'm worried that it's so big it will be hard to get over the front seat.  Any recommendations?

I RF DD in our car (she's about 32lbs or so), but my mom has some physical limitations that I'm worried would make it hard for her to do that in her 2 door car... She should be able to get help installing it correctly, but I'm not sure about the logistics of strapping DD in.  Anyone RFed a convertible in a 2 door?  How does that work?

Many parents (grandparents, caregivers) find it easier to get in the car and sit down in the back seat to buckle the child in, as opposed to leaning over the front seat.
