Dairy free probiotics?!

I suspect my DD has food intolerance considering she has very mucusy stools (although they are normal mustard seed color) no blood that i've noticed, is very gassy, arches her back as if her tummy is bothering her etc. Can any of u mama's recommend a dairy/soy/corn/gluten/yeast free probiotic for her that actually works?!? I ordered kirkman labs probiotics but when i requested the company send me the Certificate of Analysis via email i saw that it DOES contain trace amounts of casein, soy, gluten, and peanut!!! as well as traces of heavy metals. It's not much, but just the fact that it is there upsets me, especially when they advertise that they are free of all these things. Decieving in my opinion. Feel like ive been played for a fool i just want my LO to get better already, and now i've given her kirkman's for the past 3 days now, what if i've made things worse?. I haven't really noticed much of a change in her behavior or the mucusy stools. Can anyone reccommend anything?????? TIA

We have been using these for over a year now (i think about that) and LOVE them.  They sent us about a months worth of a sample and within  a week, DS had normal BM's for the first time in his 4 years of life!  We were/are allergic to dairy, egg, soy, citrus, banana, peanut, tree nut, coconut/palm, fish, shell fish and DS has Celiac and we have not had any issues with them.

They are pricy up front but it works out to about $15/month for my 2 kids (we are still on our first bottle, the kids scoop is really small!)

We have a family dairy allergy along with a number of other allergies and sensitivities and we have been having good luck with Solgar's dairy- and casein-free line (they also have a selection that does contain dairy). Solgar says that their dairy and casein-free probiotics are tested free of the top 8 allergens as well as some other major triggers.

HTH!

Even on the GF diet, his BM's didn't improve till after we started the probiotics!

He was dx after blood work and a biopsy (though the biopsy was inconclusive) we were give the option to re-biopsy in a year...no thank you or go GF and watch his blood levels.  We chose the second option.

He never had a normal BM.  Always smooshy and gross in general.  Even after being GF for 3 months, there still was no change in his BM's.  We put him on the custom, one scoop a day and saw improvements in a few days but not 100%.  After a week we increased it to twice a day and then he was like a new BMing kid ;)  He's back to once a day now and things are great for him!

Lifeway sells dairy free cultured products.

We've been using DDS Junior by UAS Labs. Dairy, corn, soy, preservative free. I like that I can get it at my local HFS. They have the raw material product info and certification on their site.

Country Life makes a dairy free probiotic that is fairly inexpensive and you can get it at wholefoods.

We also ordered a non dairy yogurt starter from GI Prostart and have started making coconut yogurt...great way to get probiotics!
