Hello all,
I'm currently in search of a mother's helper, and would appreciate any leads you can offer, as well as any insights you can share about the hiring process. (I've never done this before!)

I posted the following ad on Craigslist and on nannyservices.ca:

Downtown family seeks an AP-friendly caregiver for two active kids

We are looking for a part-time mother's helper to work one half-day per week providing childcare for two siblings (ages 2 and 4), as well as some light housekeeping.

We are passionate about attachment parenting principles, non-violent communication, and positive discipline. If you are a playful and fun-loving caregiver, willing to adopt this approach to childcare, please contact us to chat further about the position.

Are there any other resources you can recommend? Any tips you can offer? I'm all ears!

Thanks,
Theresa
