Hi, all. I don't come to this forum often. I'm one of those people who never knows when to go to the doctor, and I'm hoping you can help.
I have been having a persistent headache for over a week. It's not super bad, just a regular tension headache that lasts all day. But I don't usually get headaches ever. I've been monitoring my caffeine (usually a cup of coffee in the morning and one in the afternoon), trying to wear my glasses consistently (I usually forget), getting more sleep, drinking water, and I stopped wearing headbands. But still it persists. I've taken advil and tylenol at different times and they didn't help.
My husband thinks its just stress because we have a lot going on. But I don't feel that stressed out. Anyway, this is just highly unusual for me and I'm wondering if I should go to the doctor? Or if you can think of something else that may be causing it that I'm forgetting? Besides the headache, I don't have any other symptoms or complaints.
