Small hard bump near cervix??

I was adjusting my diva cup - i was out of practice since i havent used it in at least a year due to leaks - anyway so i felt around the edges while in the shower and felt a small hard lump/ball like thing up close to the cervix on the vaginal wall. I didn't feel it yesterday doing the same thing but felt it today. What can this be? Trying to decide if I need to see the obgyn or if I should give it a few days and see if it's still There. I tend to be real paranoid!

By the way - it might be in my cervix it's so high up there I can't quite tell what's going on - it is on the side my cervix tilts to and high up and it kind of feels hard like cartilage and really small like they describe those navotian cysts - might be that - I will give it a week or so and see if it leaves before I call. Anoter thing that makes me think it might e on my cervix is thet I can feel it much better if I am slightly upright and fwd - like it gets moved with the cervix .

I forgot what those are called (I get them, too) but my doctor said they are so common, and tend to come and go with our cycles, that they don't even make clinical notes about them if they see them during the pap.

ok it is still there and it is on the vaginal wall - really close to the cervix.  It could be some sort of cyst or a varicose vein even.   If it is not gone in the next week or two I guess i will check in with my ob.  Can you get nabothian cysts close to the cervix but not ON the cervix itself?
