Soy-free gluten-free vegan DHA?

I recently discovered that I am allergic to soy and my DS has sensitivities to gluten.   I eat ground flax seeds and walnuts and hemp milk so am getting some omega-3's, but just no DHA currently.

I would like to continue taking a vegan DHA supplement if possible as I am still nursing, but I haven't been able to find any that is soy-free (most seem to be gluten-free).  Anybody have any suggestions?  thanks in advance! smile.gif

Hello,

I'm looking for the exact same thing!  Did you ever end up finding the right DHA supp?

Thanks!

O-mega-zen3+EPA.

Quote:
O-Mega-Zen3® + EPA Liquid contains no sugar, starch, artificial colors or flavors, preservatives, dairy, yeast or wheat. This product does not contain any bovine material. It is 100% vegan and gluten free, and does not contain soy. It has 200 mg of DHA and approximately 120 mg of EPA per the normal adult serving of approximately 1 dropper full.

veganessentials.com carries it.  Some of the other products they carry may work as well; this is just the one I use.

Thanks pers!  That looks perfect!

Funny, I hadn't found anything before, but I am newly pregnant again and just did a search and my old thread came up with your reply. thumb.gif
