I recently discovered that I am allergic to soy and my DS has sensitivities to gluten. I eat ground flax seeds and walnuts and hemp milk so am getting some omega-3's, but just no DHA currently.
I would like to continue taking a vegan DHA supplement if possible as I am still nursing, but I haven't been able to find any that is soy-free (most seem to be gluten-free). Anybody have any suggestions? thanks in advance!
