Good QUICK high protein snacks?

I'm having some mental health issues and my body is craving protein -- so I suspect I need more of it. I also need to avoid sugar and refined carbs. The last time I felt like this I ate a lot of things like Powerbars, but they have so much sugar in them, that I can't stand to eat them. (My body is seriously rejecting sugar right now and I feel I have to listen to it.)

I need ideas for quick (I'm trying to spare my energy), high protein/low sugar snacks. I'm getting tired of boiled eggs, almonds and plain yogurt. I need to do tree nuts in moderation as I react to hazelnuts and walnuts. I'm hoping to be able to get to the grocery store tomorrow (or send my husband while my sister is here for the day).

different kinds of cheese, perhaps on crackers or fruit if those are okay or alone

peanut butter, almond butter, pecan butter

kefir

edamame or sugar snap peas/snow peas, maybe with a wholesome dip like hummus or sour cream-type stuff

fried tofu with soy sauce, ginger, garlic, chili sauce (not super quick though, cuz it doesn't keep well)

grilled chicken- grill a big batch, keep it in the fridge and nibble on it over the week

deli-style ham with a slice of cheese wrapped in it

cream cheese wraps- whole grain tortilla, softened and seasoned cream cheese, veggies or beans, wrapped, chilled and sliced

fish sticks, if you like that kind of thing :)

Have you tried Lara Bars? The original flavor (orange wrapper) is just cashews and dates. I carry them in case my kids need food.

Thanks - I had dh gets some hummus, some cheese sticks and some deli turkey. Cottage cheese and beef jerky are on my list for next time. I also had him get some protein bars (like PowerBars, but whatever costco had). When I'm really desperate, I can do those to get me over the moment.
