Looking for tips on how to deal with a swollen foot. I've elevated it, but it doesn't seem to be doing much good. I'm 99% sure it's related to the big cycling event I did this weekend. I've never had an issue with it before, but since I just found out this weekend that I'm pregnant I'm not sure what to do, take, etc.

This food itched all of last week, so I thought it was poison ivy at first, then I noticed this weekend my big toe was swelling, now it's the entire foot. It was just feeling tight, but now it's beginning to hurt. Advice?
