7 months old hasn't pooped... since 4 or 5 days I think?

She's mostly breastfed but eats very little solids, and has done so for a couple of weeks without any trouble. She doesn't seem too uncomfy, but passes a lot of gas and is squirmy when she does so. I'm getting a little worried... At what point is it a concern? She used to poop daily!

DS1 would often go over a week without pooping. He was EBF at the time. What are you feeding her? I'd lay off of things like bananas and maybe offer things that help you go like pears. Also, try putting her in her nicest, fanciest outfit. White works well too. Then take a trip somewhere without bringing the diaper bag. She's pretty much guaranteed to go then. ;)

She eats apple/pears/blueberries... And rips organic bread out of my hands to eat it and also stole chow mein off my plate the other day. It's all quite small quantities. What throws me is that she used to poop more often... But yesterday she did have a tiny poop (an ounce maybe). I'm wondering if maybe she uses it all up for a growth spurt...

The white clothes no diaper bag idea sounds very good. :) I remember a phase of DS not pooping for a week, but he was entirely breastfed then, but the same age. Ahh I just wish my babies could tell me what's going on.

Our doctor said breastfed babies can go 10 days w/o pooping.  My second only goes once a week.
