A traditional diet is different in every country/culture and continent.
I would advise reading Dr Prices book, Nutrition and Physical Degeneration.
And also, Pottengers cats.
You can read a portion of it online, but the book itself is at least an inch thick, and covers many parts of the world.

Dairy- work on consuming non homogenized 2% and working up to whole. Milk is made as one unit, and was meant to be consumed that way ;) Look for a raw source as you are able to.
Life Span- Today, we seem to see longer lifespans, but that is often due to modern medicine creating longer, but not necessarily better life spans.
The stats showing short life span are actually messed up.
Basically, they lumped all the ages of death together and averaged them out, creating a much younger age then is correct.
Death records in fact show many people lived well into their 80s and 90s!

You may well find yourself becoming more active when you are feeling better as a result of a nutrient dense diet.

Being more active is a good thing, but look at what is being consumed today. Refined sugars and flours, hfcs, and awful toxic vege oils, and highly processed grain fed dairy.

The vege oils and processed dairy are responsible for heart disease, and the modern scourge called diabetes, is caused first by sugar and exasperated by all of the above mentioned foods.

We are a world that is wallowing in excess weight, adrenal fatigue (chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia), diabetes, cancer and heart disease, dental deformities, cavities and infertility.
Most of these did not exist and some were very rare, 150 years ago, and we can thank modern processing of food and fake food for it.

Soory this may seem a bit disjointed. Feeding baby and typing with one hand ;)
