I wish we could make the HUG smiley as big as the text treehugger.gif.  I'm thinking of you over here and hoping SO HARD that you get your healthy baby soon.  MWUH!

Blue, I wouldn't worry too much! As Belly says, our symptoms come and go. I had the same issue as you where I started to analyze every symptom and when it disappeared, I had a mini panic attack. :o) Hopefully, that's what is happening in your case!!

haha Belly, good luck today! imagine you get a huge beta too...twins? ;o) i'll be waiting anxiously for your test results!!

What an exciting day!!!

Hope everyone had a wonderful weekend (where did the weekend go!?) and a great start of the week!!!

Ok ladies, who guessed twins? I almost fainted when the doctor said, "well, I see two in there." Apparently, even with you ladies preparing me for the news, I still wasn't prepared. I'm still freaking out a little!! but both heartbeats were strong, according to the doctor, so it was great news all around. I couldn't resist...I had a butter roll and a half a cup of hot chocolate. haha decadence knows no bounds.

Renavoo - I knew it!!! twins.gif Awesome!!!  So excited for you!  Man there have been a lot of twins lately!  Lets see if i get this right.. Kewpie, Keria, Bungalowmama, now you and I'm sure I'm missing more.  Congrats!!!joy.gif  Keep growing healthy and strong little ones!!!!

Belly, Carlyle, Renavoo - thanks for your kind words and reassurance!!

AFM- taking Abby to the vet this morning to get spayed.  Well, at least I hope it is going to happen b/c it looks like her eye infection may be back this morning.  Good grief.  We will see what the vet here says.  I gave her the drops for the 7 days in both eyes like the MI vet had said but now the Right eye look all inflamed.  Maybe it is just allergies, I hope... not that i want her to have allergies. She isn't aloud to eat this morning so my new profile pic is what she decided to do this morning.  I can just hear her now (if she could talk) "The dr said no food, she didn't say I couldn't eat Hedgie the hedge hog"!!!!!!  LOL.... So sad to have to drop my baby off to have surgery.  I wish I could be there with her when she wakes up so she recognizes a familiar face and isn't scared.  Oh my... I may cry all the way home from dropping her off, but hopefully not.  Keep her in your thoughts and prayers if you think about it.  Thanks!!

Blue:  Thinking about Abby right now :)  I hope that the surgery goes well!!! Just think only a few more days until your Beta!!! I really have been praying hard for you!!! I hope that this is your month!!! I'll send you some of my baby vibes ; )    Renavoo shared her's with me this month joy.gif

Renavoo, Congratualtions!!!!!!!!  twins.gif I think your so called "slurge" was totally called for!!!!  That's fantastic that you got to see both heartbeats!

Blue, I am sure Abby is going to do great today!  I hope everything with her eye is okay too...it's kind of perfect timing since you are already taking her in.  Now the vet can fix both things (no pun intended)

Renavoo - I KNEW it!  orngbiggrin.gif  ...and for the freak outs, yeah... I still do from time to time.  I figure once they are here, we'll get into a routine and it'll be no big deal.  Try to relax. winky.gif  I've got lots of info I have collected from my SIL who has twins and 2 of my friends that also do.  I can pass it along to you in the graduates thread if you want it.

Blue - I hope abby feels better soon.  I had to laugh about her eating her toy.  Too cute!  I made some breakfast this morning and my littlest cat was mooching and I told her no.  So she proceeded to eat fuzz off the carpet.  Animals are so funny!

Rena - I knew it too. Yay for twins. I am so happy for you. Plus hearing two heartbeats makes you feel great, huh?

Belly - I can't wait for today! I was happy for you all weekend, I only read from my phone on the weekends so I didn't post much, but I am so so happy!

Blue - don't worry about sympioms. you know that HCG can srrew up symptoms.

Hi to everybody who has stopped by. Silver - hope things are going well. I think it is nice that you had a dream about DH. I would feel comforted by it.

AFM- So, I think that AF is going to arrive when I am out of town. I will either be in Dayton or Baltimore. I need to identify an RE in both of those places to do my CD3 bloodwork and U/s, or I won't be able to do IVF this cycle either. I sure hope she arrives before I leave next Wed, but that would be pretty early. Dayton would be easier because we will have a car and will be staying with family. If it happens in Baltimore, I will be in a hotel with no car, so I will have to try to find one that is close to the hotel or public transit (assuming there is public transit in Baltimore - anybody know?). I wish I was not taking this trip now.

Oh, and I forgot, Blue, good luck to Abby. Don't worry. They do this surgery so much it is like second nature to vets. She will be just fine.

ETA - I am off to try to wipe out any evidence that I check this thread like several times a day from my old computer (I got a new one). They recycle computers to students, and I certainly don't want a student finding the history of web pages on that computer! haha.

Silver - Glad to hear you got your appt date and you are on  your way and that your mum will be around to be there with you.  I love that your DH came to you in a dream!  I'm sure he is your very special angel watching over you at all times!

Deborah - good luck tomorrow.  Good to hear your mom will be around to help you.

Congratulations! Its pretty exciting, enjoy the moment!

rcr - thanks!!!  I hope AF shows up before you leave so you don't have to deal with the finding another RE.  What a pain. Will your insurance cover a baseline and bloodwork somewhere else?  I'm in the Cleveland area so if you were up here I could help you out with an RE group but don't know any in Dayton.  Bummer!!

Kewpie - Haha... fuz from the carpet.  It is like they are saying.. I'll show you!!!!  Hope you are doing well.  I do stalk you from time to time on the graduate thread but it is always nice to see graduates names over here too.

Belly - you are right... fix both at one time.  Good thing too she said she wouldn't charge us to look at it while she was out.  I'm always looking for a break somewhere.

Brichole - thanks, I will happily take your BFP good luck!  Congrats!!

Renavoo - i know i said it before, but Wahhoooo two!!!  joy.gifjoy.gif

Leslie - oh you are another one with twins.. i had forgotten to add your name to the twins list on my post above - oh wait you had Triplets...my bad!!   So good to see your name and I love stalker...especially when they "out" themselves!!!!  haha.  Thanks for your kind words and I hope you are well and your babies too.  Would love to hear an update on how that is going but you might want to do it on the IVF graduate thread as to not make anyone upset.  (a story you may have missed... not sure how far you read back).

AUD (Abby update) - Thanks all for your thoughts for Abby.  She was a spazz at the vet this morning, I'm sure part of it was b/c she was starving!  I told the vet while she was in there could she also fix her jumping issue.  She loves to jump on everyone especially people she doesn't know that she thinks will give her love.  Jumping is loving in her life.....Drives me nuts.  I know she is a puppy, but for real.  We need to break this phase soon.  The vet wasn't too worried about her eyes and said she would look at them while she was under and see what she thinks is going on.  She said she will call me around 2 ish with an update on how the surgery went.  Before she took her back she told Abby "Give your Momma hugs and a kisses" and she ran over to me and french kissed me.  LOL..  It was so funny.  Gross!!!!!!  Hahaha

Renavoo, oh my gosh, twins it is!  And strong heartbeats-- that is super wonderful fantastic news!!!!!!  joy.gifI am so happy for you.  What were the first things that you and your DH said upon finding out?  Are you going to create a pregnancy ticker so we can follow those little ones along?  How many weeks along are you right now, I can't remember.

Blue, I will definitely keep Abby in my thoughts as she gets her spay done.  Hopefully after this, that's all the vet visits she'll need until her annual!  How are you doing?  Hanging in there, waiting for Friday... I agree with the others, the symptoms one experiences especially while on progesterone really can come and go-- I was surprised at that, because I thought it would be pretty consistent, but it wasn't for me.  (Love the new picture of Abby by the way... what a girl!)

Belly, good luck with the beta today!

rcr, what a pain to have to find a place to do the Day 3 stuff.  I hope you figure that out soon so you don't have to concern yourself with that on top of getting ready for your trip.

Hi to everyone else that I've missed!  I promised my Mom I would help her with some things, so I've got to get off the computer (I just had to go on, though, to get the good news!)

Hi everyone, thanks!! It's really exciting although yes, definitely scary.

Kewpie, I would LOVE some advice from you and your SIL! That would be so welcome. I'll be visiting you on the graduates thread!

Tenzins, only 6 weeks right now so I was fairly surprised to find out that they could see the heart beat. Actually, I'm just fairly surprised at everything right now :o) But DH was ecstatic. He was definitely excited about it. Now, just 30 more weeks. haha

Blue, awww I hope that Abby is ok. Her picture made me giggle though. She is so cute, if a little destructive! HAHA poor hedgehog. I guess she'll need a replacement after the surgery. Please give us updates on how Abby does...I'm sure she'll be fine because these are such routine surgeries. As for the jumping, good luck with that! I think you need Cesar Milan...You're going to be a wonderful mother! Look how you treat your furry baby!!

:o)

RCR, UGH to having to find an RE in both Dayton and Baltimore!! That's just annoying. I don't know where you are in relation to this clinic, but Shady Grove, which is the clinic I've been to, has a lot of offices, including baltimore. I've never been to the offices in Baltimore but I really liked the office I went to (which was in Rockville, MD, if you're close enough...it's closer to DC though)

http://www.shadygrovefertility.com/officelocation/baltimore-umd

Hopefully, they are convenient for you. I know that they are used to doing monitoring for patients who are from out of town.

Belly, how are you feeling? I can't wait for you to get your results!!

joy.gif

Thanks everyone, for your support! You ladies are the best and I just can't wait to support all of you when you guys get your BFPs!!

Hi everybody! Wow, busy weekend. I don't know if I can keep up...

Belly - CONGRATULATIONS!!! energy.gifjumpers.gifcarrot.gif

Blue - Hang in there, 11-11-11!! Abby will be just fine. Ah, the joys of de-stuffing... too much for a dog to resist.

rcr - sounds like a pain in the butt to visit a clinic in another city... I hope AF shows up sooner for you so that doesn't happen. Too bad a regular medical lab can't do the tests.

deborah - good luck with your transfer!

AFM- I'm down to 5 units of the Lupron, so the headaches have stopped (yay!). It does make my skin clear up though so that's kind of nice (I have had non-stop acne since I was 11.) I've started the Estrace and no problems so far. Next ultrasound is Nov. 18th.

We got a new foster dog, she is a chihuahua cross. http://www.abetterlifedogrescue.com/?p=3973

DP is still sad about giving up our first foster, but he's starting to warm up to the new dog. She is very nervous and timid though, and terrified of other dogs. We took her for a 2 hour hike yesterday and she tried to run away every time she saw another dog coming, but I gave her lots of treats and she was already starting to relax by the end of the hike. I noticed last night that she has some scars on her face, so I wonder if a bigger dog bit her at some point. Poor little thing... so I'm keeping busy with doggie rehab!

Thanks Rena - that clinic looks pretty close to downtown, which is where I will be. I am going to call them to see what I need to do in case AF comes while I am there.

Laggie- I meant to say before that I am sorry about the loss of your old foster dog. I have become so attached to the foster that we have now I really, really want to keep him. the only reason I don't is because I like being able to foster because there are so many dogs in need, and if I keep him I can't foster because we really can't have three dogs in the house (and we have one dog of our own now). Our foster guy has come such a long way in the last few weeks - he was severly underweight, and he has gained 16 lbs in the last few weeks!

Rena -wow, I am kinda surprised that they heard a HB so early! that's great!

Just got woke up from my nap with good news! Beta was 208.8!! My beta with my DD one day earlier was 167! They are also taking me off the PEO shots since I still have a lot of pain on the right side. So I'll be doing endometrium and an oral progesterone for a total of 5 doses per day and the delestrogen shots twice a week. Next beta is Wednesday and I can barely wait! It's starting to seem real smile.gif

Laggie, glad to hear you got another foster doggie! Sounds like you are already working wonders on her!! Also great news about a lower dose of Lupron and less headaches!

Rcr, I hope AF shows soon so you don't have to worry about going to another clinic!! But it's nice you have a back up plan ready!

Renavoo, that it fantastic news about the heartbeats!!!! I still can't believe you saw them so early! They are strong babies that's for sure, explains those betas!!

Blue, hope Abby is recovering well from her surgery! When do you pick her up?

Not sure I'll be able to go back to sleep cause I am so excited!! But it's worth a try smile.gif

It reversed the order when I uploaded them. Here is a link to cute pictures of one of my furchildren with my mom: http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=591624727919&set=a.502757987579.2001768.77800136&type=3&theater. Peaches decided my mom's lap looked comfortable.
