Toddler has loose poop for 2 months

My 20 month old has had loose poop for the past two months.  He is still going at the same frequency, about once a day, but they are very soft and loose.  The smell is pretty awful as well.  At first I thought it was caused possibly by him nursing while I was pregnant and that maybe my colostrum came in early.  He has weaned int he past 2 weeks, and the poop has not changed.  He has had no changes to his diet.  The doctor said there was not much cause for concern since it is not diarrhea and is only occurring once a day.  He seems healthy and is not bothered by it. I am probably most bothered by it because we use cloth diapers and it is causing a huge mess.  I keep alternating between cloth and disposable, but would like to go back to just doing cloth.  I thought it would have resolved itself by now.

I did try eliminating dairy for a week, with no luck.  I added probiotics to his diet, and saw no change.  He does eat a lot of binding foods, and I am not sure what else to do.

Any ideas????

Hmmmm, DD had this prob awhile back, but she was going more often than normal as well as having the runny poop.  I added these http://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Probiotics-Kids-3-4-Ounce/dp/B004H9O4VG/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1314947601&sr=8-8  probiotics and after a few weeks they seemed to help and now she is back to normal.  To try to save my cloth diapers I use these http://www.amazon.com/GroVia-2559-BioLiners-Diaper-Liners/dp/B00483GAJU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1314947666&sr=8-1

We also eat all organic, and drink raw milk, and the raw milk seems to have helped regulate her GI tract.  You could also try giving him some keifer for more probiotics.  One reason we eat all organic is DD is allergic to something in a lot of non-organic foods, I am guessing pesticides or something.  But when she eats certain non-organic foods(last time it was raisins) she gets severe diarrhea and stomach pains.  The diarrhea lasts a week or more, but thankfully the stomach pains are only for about a day after she eats the food in question.

It is funny, because DD has eaten moldy bread that I have thrown outside for the birds(ARGGHHHH!) and never had a reaction to it, yet certain non-organic foods can cause her this much trouble!
