Ok so I trying to do the best I can with the CM tracking. I was expecting dry for a few days since AF ended Monday but... Tuesday was super sticky (easy to record) and yesterday was very mucus like.... semi stretchy about an inch. What should I record that as? Kinda looked like raw scrambled eggs...coloring and all. So sorry for tmi just wondering what to call that? T

Creamy isn't clear- it looks more like lotion and it doesn't stretch.  EW will be clear, though it could be tinted yellow and will stretch.  Since you are describing it as raw eggwhites then I would assume that it's clear and the fact that it stretched about an inch, sounds about right!  Hence the term "eggwhite."  lol.gif

What CD are you on?  You can paste your chart url in your siggy so we can reference it.   EW can show up quite early in anticipation for early O.  It's not common, but not unheard of to O as early as CD 10 or 11.  But you could also have a day of EW and then go back to creamy for a while and then back up to EW before finally Oing.  You could also have a few days of EW before Oing.

Time to start DTD!  You can paste your chart url in your siggy so we can reference it.

Yesterday was yellow today is white. I'm on CD 7 today. I temped the first 2 days oral then after your advice switched to vaginal hence the spike I guess. Sticking with that from now on.

Clear yellow and clear white?   Or more like lotion?  If the latter, mark it as creamy.  I'm not sure the spike was caused by the change to vaginal temping since your last two temps have been back down to your normal range.  Seems like something else may have been going on there, but it's not much to worry about since it's still so early in your cycle.  Just keep going and your pattern will emerge!

Clear yellow yesterday....today was probably more lotion like stretched a lil bit but definately white. Thanks for being patient as I learn.

Yeah, I'm not sure about yesterday... clear I generally would say EW... maybe you had a mini surge in estrogen that day?  Who knows, but one day doesn't make a pattern.  So creamy today I'd say and then see what the next few days bring.

I'm trying to tell the difference between my cm and hubby's swimmers. Someone had given me a few reference website on here that I looked into. Am I correct to say when its very clear its more him then ew? We BD quite often and I'm having a hard time knowing. But really trying to figure it out. I've been told to wait 12 hours after BD to make sire swimmers are all out...but last night after 24 hours it was still very ew looking....I'm wondering who's it is!?
I'm relying on temps at this point cuz ifs confusing

Also since AF ended I've had this dull ache on my right side that comes and goes. Any sugguestions?

Semen and eggwhite will look similar, but act differently.  Put some on your fingers... EW will stretch, semen will not.  When the fluid falls into the toilet water, semen will break apart and dissolve.  EW will ball up and start to sink.  The sperm only need a few hours to get where they need to go, so after you DTD, wait a bit and then do some serious  kegels for a few minutes over the toilet to expel anything extra.  This will give you an accurate CF observation the next day.  To optimize sperm count it is considered best to only DTD once in a 24 hour period, so if you DTD in the evening, for example, do your kegels a few hours later, you should be able to tell what is going on with your CF all the next day up until you DTD again.

longing4bb- You can put the mucus/sperm in a cup of water. If it dissolves it is DH, if not, it's yours. I hope that helps! Try that and let us know if you get some clarity!
