Toddler eye getting a bit pink...

Mamas...please help.

This last week , about 4 times I noticed that a small portion of my DD's right eye (near the tear duct) is getting slightly pink (like which happens when one is sleep-deprived or with contact lens wearers). It is a small speck of pinkness. When she gets her afternoon nap and wakes up the spot is gone. Or if it appears in the evening then it is gone after the night's sleep. It happened 4 times now and I don't know what to make of it?

Just wait and see. Its unlikely to be anything of much consequence. It sounds like her body is successfully dealing with it itself. Just make sure she continues to get enough sleep and nutrition and her body will probably conquer it soon.
