Hey! ^_^ I'm new to this site, as you can see...Who am I? I'm Kylie, 30 pushing 31 and in Australia. I have two DDs, one 7 and one 5, and a DSD (biologically DSS) who's 13. I'm TTC4, hoping for a boy this time!

I'm a vegetarian and so are my two biological daughters. My DSD and DH both eat meat, but most of the things we wear and generally put on our bodies are natural or organic-we generally try to raise the family naturally. We do vaccinate, mostly because we've done some research and discovered that not vaccinating can actually be a cause of autism-DH has a sister and a nephew on the spectrum and we don't really want our possible #4 affected. I have a balanced translocation and have 4 miscarriages, and may adopt #4, but I've got two wonderful biological daughters and I'm sure I could have another biological child.

DD2 is a twice-exceptional child-a gifted child with special needs-and so while we planned to homeschool, when this was discovered we realized we might be unable to support a child like that appropriately, and instead all three of our daughters go to private schools. When I married my current DH his daughter (who was at the time his son) already attended a school and didn't want to be homeschooled, anyway.

DD1 was a micro-preemie and, born at 26 weeks, just barely pulled through. Now, except for some minor vision problems and some pretty bad preemie teeth, you'd never guess-and I love her to bits!
