Carpet Cleaning?

We have carpet in our home (that we are not able to change at this time) that needs to be cleaned.  I just booked an appointment with Rotostatic and have been assured by them that their product is non-toxic but just wanted to check here to see if anyone else has any insight on non-toxic carpet cleaning?

I clean my own carpets with Biokleen carpet shampoo which is supposed to be very natural, safe, non-toxic, etc.  I havent really looked into anything mainstream to see how safe it is, I always stick to the natural brands and such.
