ok well I just joined this site, and I'm typing quick and with abreviations bc theres a lot to write, so please forgive any typo's. just turned 30 in august, and have an amazing 3 y/o daughter who is my world. I've got a lot of different health issues, and have had to get many surgeries. My birth with my daughter was very fast and I wound later needing colon surgery. The doctors left me with a huge painful scar from my belly button down and it healed and made my belly muscles very misshapen, to the point where I have a hole in the center of my abdominal area where muscle should be, which makes me a huge risk for hernia/recurrent hernia, and right now although the is no hernia, my whole belly is large and people keep asking me when I'm due, it's even hard to the touch. I had a great obgyn but due to a needed surgery and unforeseen complications like infections, I missed 3 appointments and was kicked out as a patient. So I switched to another obgyn, who in front of my daughter said,'so this is her fault,"' and, told me to do some sit-ups or something, that there was no way in he** he'd let me have another baby if he was my husband bc of all the scar tissue, gave me a script for 12 months of birth control, and told me to tell my husband to get a vasectomy! I left crying. I called later on telling his staff I was having a lot of pain where my left ovary is/ I know this bc I had bad pain in the same place before and it was due to scar tissue connecting my ovary to my intestinal wall, and they said they'd talk to my obgyn and see what he said, I never got called back. I was in a house fire in 2004, and suffered from 40% carbon monoxide poisoning and almost died, after that I've had more health issues. Is it too much to ask that I can have a compassionate and good obgyn, despite autoimmune problems and health stuff I cannot help? Well maybe someone out there has some suggestions, I need a good obgyn in my area that takes my tricare insurance, ok I think I may be getting carpal tunnel lol, thanks all!
