I have several bags of alfalfa sprouting seeds that I purchased several years ago, maybe 3 or 4 years ago. I am wondering if I can still use them to sprout, or if it would be unsafe? How long can you safely keep alfalfa sprouting seeds, and other sprouting seeds?
