I just left my mw appointment a couple of hours ago and have been contracting ever since.  There was no internal exam, no membrane stripping, no nothing that could have possibly set it off.  But it is kind of funny that it happened just after leaving.  :)

Contraction have been about 4-6 minutes apart for the past 2 hours and these ARE NOT BH!  So, we'll see if they continue, pick up, space out....whatever.  Hubby is blowing up the birth pool right now.  :)

Sorry gals! I think it was a false alarm. After 3 1/2 hours, it all just stopped. They were getting pretty intense too. Disappointed, but looking on the bright side, that's three hours worth of work already over. smile.gif

You had me all excited, because I think we're due around the same day. Well, babies will come when they're good and ready. :)

There's no such thing as a false alarm. Every contraction helps get you closer! I hope things restart soon. Good luck mama!
