Anyone else not have labor?

Seems like I'm the only one who skipped it. Anyone else? :)

Me.

An ERCS at 9 days overdue with no signs of labour.  It is a very strange way to have a baby but I am lucky we are both alive and well.

It is! I felt very disconnected. I'm very glad you're alive, too :) And that I'm not alone.

Becky I really think you will like this birth story:

It helped me so much when Eleanor wouldn't flip. Even better for you she talks about having to schedule her son's birth day and how different and strange that can be, it is a very positive and cool story :)

Beckily, I was induced and did have a day and a half of contractions before my c-section, but never enough to be considered true labor, and I had to have an epidural and magnesium sulfate so early that I only felt the ctx drug-free for a couple hours. I was told from the start I had to stay in bed and given a catheter. I guess my point is that I don't feel like I had labor, and my visions of a drug-free, natural birth were whisked away from the start. I sincerely, truly know that health mommy healthy baby are what's important, but part of me definitely felt confused, like...was I really pregnant? Did she really come out of me? It was a weird adjustment. You're definitely not alone!
