Comcast 9.95 internet for low income families

I don't know how far-reaching Comcast is, but they're in my area for high-speed internet and cable. They are now offering (again, at least in my area, so do your own checking) 9.95/mo high speed internet for families with school aged children that qualify for free lunch programs at schools. No equipment fees, no increase in fees, just 9.95. They also have an option to purchase a computer for $149 when you sign up for the plan. I don't know much more about it, but if you have comcast in your area but couldn't afford them before, give them a call or check out their website. And spread the word.
