Nursery/baby space pictures! - Page 4

Nicole, I have closet envy!  Our house is very old and has very little closet space in the bedrooms.  Our room has a big walk in but DD's has only a little tiny rod in a nook.  I would have loved to see all her tiny things hanging like that!  The baby's clothes are in a dresser in our room with her crib.

And I love everything else too - score on the rocker!  And I'm still a huge fan of that purple!!

That is awesome!! I need to make some bedding for my little girl but there's no way it will be that great. I was thinking just some fitted sheets. lol

I've always been a fan of Hayao Miyazaki's films, so we painted a bunch of the creatures from My Neighbor Totoro on the nursery walls.  We used our friend's projector to put the pictures up on the wall, and then traced them, followed by lots of careful painting.  The tree is also painted, but the image for the tree is based on a wall decal.

I feel like I joined the DDC extremely late in the game- ~week 36 or something.  I'm trying to catch up! 

I had a blast doing the painting.  I'm not very good at free handing things, but I can trace and paint inside lines!
