Breastfeeding help in Tampa?

Hi!  I'm in Louisiana but recently a friend from Tampa contacted me because his wife is having trouble nursing their newborn.  Obviously, I can't do much from four states away, so I told him I would look for local help.  Any recommendation for good LC's or any lay people who are just super duper friendly and helpful?  I'd really appreciate it!

I have used this woman before and she was very thorough and helpful.
