Hi Ladies.  I'm interested in learning about how long it takes nursing mamas to have their LP return to an adequate length for pregnancy.  I am currently in my 5th PP cycle and my LP is about 7 days and has been for the last three cycles that I charted.  Just curious what other mamas have experienced.  Thanks for voting!

I used to always forget to allow more than one vote when I first started creating polls about pregnancies, babies, postpartum periods, etc. before I had more than one kid.  lol.gif

It took about 2 years after the birth of my first (so that was about 16 months from when I got AF back).  While my LP's were often 10 days, they weren't always.  It wasn't until 2 years pp that they were consistently 10 or more.

It took ONE cycle after I got AF back pp with my second child.

Got my first PPAF at around 14 months, I had another cycle at 15.5 months and then my first ovulatory cycle at 16 months and got pregnant when DD was 17 months.

I took NCP and my cycle went from 6 days to 9 days to pregnant! :D
