Looking for a fantastic AP caregiver for 11-month-old

hi Mothering.com,

I live in the St. Louis area (Wildwood), and my husband and I are looking for a caregiver four days a week (Mon-Thurs) for our 11-month-old daughter.  We've been trying the daycare thing since she was 12 weeks old, and it's not been a great fit for our very spirited and attached daughter. 

Please let me know if you are interested in this, or know someone who might be.  One caveat: my husband works from home, and would be home during the hours the caregiver is here.  Here's a little about what we're looking for:

1. At least 18 years old

2. Experience with babies and young children

3. Looking for something semi-permanent....it doesn't have to be forever, but we'd like at least a one-year committment, and ideally longer. 

4. Strong nurturing instincts
