I'm 32 weeks pregnant and I am going to start freezing food for when the baby is here. I want to freeze things like casserols and lasagna because they are pretty easy and they are almost a complete meal themselves. Anyway, I am wondering if there is anything bad about using those disposable metal pans that you buy at the store. Are they lined with teflon? What are they made of, I'm guessing aluminum, does it come into contact with the food and is that harmful?
Just wondering everyone's thoughts. If you dont use one of these, what do you freeze your casseroles in?

OK, it's getting late and I seem to be easily amused.
