AP/NP friendly Nanny Share in Philly (Chestnut Hill)

Hi! My husband and I are expecting our first baby in January and we are looking to find a nanny share starting April 1. We are looking for a family that lives in the area--Chestnut Hill, Mt. Airy, Germantown, etc. or who is willing to drop off and pick up their child at our home in Chestnut Hill to join us in the nanny share. An infant, baby, or toddler would probably work best as we will have an infant.

We are also looking for a nanny interested in this full-time position. We would prefer someone familiar with natural parenting/attachment parenting experience and who is comfortable using cloth diapers.

We would prefer the children to be watched out of our home, but are willing to consider alternating houses by month.

I know April is still a while out but I am getting more nervous about not having a family OR a nanny for the nannyshare we really want to set up. The more I look at day cares, the most convinced I am that a nanny share is the right thing for our family. Mamas, please help spread the word to anyone you know who might be looking for child care. This is a great option and all ages welcome!
