Anyone dealing with a corn allergy/intolerance/sensitivity?

My ebf 3 month old has EXCESSIVE spit up.  Like maybe 2-3 cups full every day.  Spits up multiple times with every meal for hours after her meal.  She continues to gain weight just fine and is in the 97th percentile (which blows my mind considering how much she spits up).  She doesn't have gas ever, she doesn't have any diaper rash or redness around her bum at all.  She doesn't cry inconolably or seem to be in pain.

HOWEVER, she is SO high maintenance that I am losing my mind.  I do not have time to make myself a special menu.  I am consumed with her needs 24/7 and I have a toddler who is just entering the terrible twos.  She is always fussing.  She's very easily consoled so long as I am making silly faces, standing and jiggling her just so.  I can't sit down, can't put her in a bouncer and can't even wear her in the wrap or ergo!  She is constantly moving as if she has restless body syndrome.

I don't think the issue is dairy and so now, I'm looking to corn.  I will either fall over and die when I realize what it will take to eliminate corn (and then just screw it and use formula) or I will be encouraged and somehow find the strength to try.  Any experience with corn issues?

The high needs sounds like my baby.  He's 9 months now and needy as ever.  He never stops moving, either - when I nurse him down he kicks his legs and waves his arms around.  It helps if I firmly massage whatever body part he's flapping around.  At that age, totally the same - couldn't put him down for a second, only content in a wrap for a few minutes, he was into toys, but only if I was holding them.  He's slowly starting to do more independent play now, but still needs very constant interaction.  And he hates the car seat.  Oh, how he hates the car seat.  I feel you!

As far as diet, I don't have personal experience as to this specifically, but I do have experience with food intolerances in myself.  I had an awful health scare with a painful autoimmune disease, and found out it's all dietary (after being prescribed heavy immune suppressing drugs, obviously).  Cutting all grains and doing a paleo diet has reversed the issue.  It might be worth looking into.  Gluten is obviously a big offender - the glutenous grains are wheat, barley, rye and oats.  That might be a better place to start than corn for elimination...I've never heard of a corn allergy/sensitivity being that severe, but gluten sensitivity is very common (third of population) and can be quite extreme and have a totally different effect on each person.  Might be a digestive issue, or skin, or headaches, or joint pain, etc.

If you're interested in more info on paleo stuff, I can recommend several blogs/books.
